Don't you just adore these cute projects? I do and I have to give credit where credit is due! The mirror project originated from Jackie Topia and the purse was a swap I received from Robin Castagnola from our Stampin' Up! Woo Hoo meetings. I hope to make video's on both projects really soon so stay Tune for those video's.
I used the 3-1/2" circle die to create the mirror and the Edgelits Die for the handle. On the mirror I used the Brushed Silver CS and Window sheets. The mirror opens for the party details inside and it's ready to mail out to celebrate a DIVA in your home!
Check out the handle on the mirror I created this myself a little different than Jackie's. I used the "NEW" edgelits Adorning Accents to make it my own and then I embossed it using the Elegant Bouquet emboss folder. The Diva sentiment I created on word and printed on whisper white CS.
The purse opens to add a lipstick or a mini size chocolate bar. The closure has a scalloped punch with velcro that I got at a local craft store. I inked the edges with Early Espresso.
