Welcome to another challenge over at Decorate to Celebrate!!  For Challenge #34, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for a BIRTHDAY PARTY (FOR A GROWN-UP)!!  Let's celebrate EVERYTHING WONDERFUL ABOUT CLIMBING THAT HILL OR GOING OVER IT with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more!!  :)

The 40th and Happy Birthday is from the stamp 

set called Memorable Moments item #126682 and popped them up for some dimension.  Inspired by the Demo it in our Stampin' Success magazine.

I just LOVE this die {Fancy Favor Die} super easy to assembly with very little adhesive.  The doily is from the Delicate Doilies Sizzlits from Stampin' Up!, I then added some finishing touches with the flower, banners and tissue paper!! The handles are adhered with some sticky strip.
