Today, I have some very cute Mini Treat bags for Valentine's Day.  Our Challenge over at Decorate to Celebrate is to create party decorations for Valentine's Day. Don't forget to enter our challenge over HERE for a chance to win!!

These bags were created using a 4" X 6" 

sheet of designer paper score at the 4" 

side at 1" then on the long way 6' score 

at 1", 2-3/4", 3-3/4" and 5-1/2". You then would want to snip the corner of the 1" and the 2-3/4 off then just cut down the score line on 2-3/4", 3-3/4" and 5-1/2" you can view a video from the talented Stampin' Up! UK Demo Sam Donald from Pootles Papercraft.
