The Pink Pirouette card stock is dry embossed with the Modern Mosaic
textured impressions folder, I also heat embossed the whisper white
circle with some Fran-tage embossing powder which you have to emboss
from under the card stock, let me know if you would like to see a video
on using this embossing powder.
The sentiment is from the Endless Birthday Wishes Photopolymer Stamp Set on a Bitty Banner Framelits Dies and added the small star from the Bitty Accents Punch Set.
