Hello Friends and Happy Veterans Day!

A little update on my sons soccer game, the Sharks did lose their game but come in 3rd place for the season and they will be going to playoffs starting next Saturday. I hope you guys got today off for Veterans Day, Enjoy!

Today's card is a SUPER simple one and I entered it into some challenges.

On today's card I used the "Perfect Blend" stamp set item#131392 which I LOVE since I'm a coffee lover! At first I thought I had messed up the sentiment but then noticed that the sentiment is suppose to look this way LOL!

A simple Scallop Border with some Denim Artichoke ribbon and done! I also popped the Crumb Cake layer and the coffee cup with some dimensionals. This is a super simple card that you can make in minutes! I hope you like it:)

Thank you for stopping by today to check out my new project! I used a new stamp called "Swallowtail"  this stamp was in the Occasions Mini Catalog and is NOW available in the Big Catalog item#129210 for $13.95, OMG! I can't believe it took me this long to get it, I absolutely LOVE LOVE it!!!

Challenges:

Dynamic Duos

I used the blender pens to color the butterfly in Calypso Coral. 

I also added the tiny flower from the Itty Bitty Shape Punches item#118309.  The sentiment is from the Six-Sided Sampler Stamp Set item# 132724. I must say the butterfly is pretty big but I LOVE it and can't wait to use it some more. What do you guys think and do you like it??

I stamped the butterfly with Momento Black Ink on the Whisper White CS and stamped it again on a separate piece of Whisper White CS so, I could color and cut it out and adhere it on top 

of the first stamped image to give it a 3D dimension.  I also 

used the spellbinders for the base and the Stampin' Up! 

Top Note Die for the Calypso Coral layer.

Did you all have a great time watching the kiddos hunt for those beautiful colored eggs?? We had such a great time and oh boy did we come home with a lot of eggs and candy:) As for my P90X+ update, today starts my 6th week and I'm loving the results thous far!

I used a sketch from Random Acts of Creativity  and the colors from Dynamic Duos color challenge. I love me a simple sketch and and just had to give this one a try with the Elegant Butterfly Punches from Stampin' Up! I hope you like it:)

I used the "Elegant Butterfly Punches" that can be layered and added some Rhinestones for some interest. I also used the "Finishing Touches Edgelits Dies" to create the ruffle pretty borders.

The Designer Paper is the International Bazaar Designer Paper and I took a doily and cut it in half to use for this sketch.  I also used the Daffodil Delight for the butterflies to bring out the Daffodil Delight in the Designer Paper.  A pretty and simple card for any occasion!

Whisper White around the score mark to make it 

layer on top of the Festive of Prints Designer Pack.
