Ice Cream Birthday!!

Hello My Crafty Friends,

Did you all have a wonderful weekend?? I sure hope so and are ready for another fantastic week!!  Congrats to Ryan Lochte for winning the GOLD this weekend!!

Today, I have a fairly simple card with some layers and the use of some Stampin' Up! punches.  I used the Decorative Label Punch to create the borders on the Crumb Cake and Daffodil Delight card stock stripes.  Happy Birthday to my Father-in-law this card is for him!!

I added some Crystal Effects  on the cherry which was not completely dry and I then stamped the ice cream in Gumball Green and Soft Suede and trimmed with the paper snips to piece together.

Black emboss powder, make sure you used the 
Emboss Buddy to prevent emboss powder around 
the sentiment or on the card.

I used a circle punch and a die to create the rings

Gumball Green and Real Red.

Travel Post

Hello Friends,
Happy Friday!! I'm so excited to see the opening ceremony  for the Summer Olympics tonight!  I'm glued to the TV well not actually glued on LOL you know what I mean!! My favorite things to watch are the Gymnastics, track and swimming!! GO USA.....  Do any of you watch and if so what's your favorite thing to watch??

OK, so today's card is frankly not one of my favorites, I made this card sometime last week but to be honest I didn't really like how it come out.  I think it was the colors I chose:) Any who here it is for you.
