For You...Teacher!!

Hello Friends,
Today, I'm deeply deeply saddened by the sudden passing of my much adored 22 year old cousin.  It has been such a shock to all our family and hard to believe that such a young man full of live is gone.  We will forever remember him and miss him.  I will not be posting for the rest of the week since I will be flying out of town along with all my family.

I used the Blossom Punch and punch it in Real Red 

and layer the other two circles.

I used our 6" X 8" Cellophane bag for the two adorable notepads.  I really didn't do much to the notepads since they looked cute as they were already.  This little gift will be for my son's teachers as a Just Because!!

Happy Mothers Day.... Mom

Happy Friday Woo Hoo..... My week sure flew by and so happy it did so, I can start and enjoy my weekend!!  I hope you all have some fun crafting plans.


Today, I have a card that I made for my mom!  She LOVES yellow and so the card I saw in PaperCrafts magazine's April 2011 issue totally inspired me to make this card for her.

I used the Blossom Punch to create this 3D dimensional flower in Daffodill Delight. 

 I heat embossed the Daffodil Delight with a Clear Emboss powder along with the sentiment.  The base color is a old Stampin' Up! retired card stock.

To create this flower, I simply cut a slit on the center of the flower I punched and over lapped a petal to another with multipurpose liquid glue.  I did this for every flower until I got the desired dimension and layers.
