I wanted to start by sending my thoughts and prayers to the families in Newton, CT  I'm extremely saddened and can't imagine why anyone would want to hurt innocent children who's lifes were just beginning. Please take a moment and say a prayer for all the families.

The United Way of Western Connecticut, in partnership with Newtown Savings Bank, created the Sandy Hook School Support Fund to help provide support services to the families and community that are affected.

OK friends so today I have a cute card for you with a "SNEAK PEEK" of Stampin' Up!'s Pinwheel Sizzlits Die and I absolutely LOVE it! When Stampin' Up! come out with their Sweets for Sweets stamp set which has some Pinwheel images, I had wished for a Pinwheel die and now we do, Woot Woot!!!

I embossed the Whisper White card stock with Stampin' Up!'s Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions  Folder.  As for the sticks for the pinwheels well, I just free hand cut them using the Polka Dot Parade Designer Paper.  Don't you just LOVE the sentiment?? Cute and whimsical right?? :)

Happy Thursday! Wow can you believe how fast this week went by?? My goodness!! We had some rain here in Southern California last night and OMG! it was music to my ears!  I love it when it rains and I'm home enjoying my coffee or tea:)

Today's project is a case from our "Demo it" Stampin' Success Magazine and since I thought I would use the Holiday Stocking Die why not case this cute "GIFT CARD" holder and guys it seriously took me no time to put together!! Love it:)

This stocking is a Case from our Demo it projects from our Stampin' Success magazine that we demos get every other month. I used the Festive Prints Designer Paper Pack from our Holiday Catalog which you can check out HERE.  The circles were punched with the 3/4" circle punch and I then added the glimmer brads.

This stocking is great to insert some money or a gift 

card for Christmas! I used the tiny Scallop punch and 

a button from the Neutral Collection for some added 

interest.  You can of course use what you have or change

 it up to suit your likes:)

How are you all doing?? I took the day off yesterday so I could volunteer at my sons school and run around to get the cake and goodies for the treat bags for my sons 8th Birthday this Saturday!!  I still have to decorate the goodies bags and more things to prepare for the party.

I was inspired to create this box from our Stampin' Success Magazine that we Demos get every other month and I also had to show you a SNEAK PEEK of the Creped Filter paper #129393 which will be available January 4, 2013

I used theFloral Frames Framelits Dies to create the flower out of the Creped Filter Paper. The box measures 2" X 3-3/4" tall with the lid. I also added some Red Glimmer Paper along with some Twine. You can watch a tutorial on this box for all the measurements
