Today I have a quick birthday card. I used the water coloring technique for the first time I think I need more practice and the proper paper for water coloring. Any suggestions on the best paper to use for water coloring let me know. I'm also entering this card into 2 challenges.

Base is 5-1/2" X 8-1/2" score at 4-1/2
I then used the scalloped SU border punch for the blue
and pink border which measure 5-5/8"
Pink layer 5-1/4"
Yellow layer 3-1/2" X 5-1/4"
Yellow layer is embossed with the Fiskars (Party) folder
Cake stamp from Stampin Up (Pretty Princess )retired
Inks used to water color were Pretty in Pink,Ballet Blue & Yoyo Yellow
Blue square stamped from (PTI)'s Framed collection
Lemon Tart Ribbon from (PTI)
Used 3-D Dimensionals on the blue frame and cake

Water coloring?? Gonna have to look into it. Your card came out super cute. And what an adorable cake. Is it easier than copics?
