"Happy New Year Hat and Tag"

Hello Friends,
OK, my friends it's time for another challenge over at Decorate to Celebrate!!! The Challenge is to create party Decorations for "New Years Eve"  We would LOVE to see you New Year's Eve Decorations and I hope you will join us over at Decorate to Celebrate and enter your projects HERE!!  


I used our "NEW" Framelits {Label Collection} available Jan. 4th!!!  I also used our Brushed Gold and Silver Paper for the 1st time and it was perfect to use for my projects today!! I got the hat idea from a Martha Stewart Book that 

I saw at Barnes & Noble! I even used the rubber bands from SU!

I used the Framelits to create the tag and 

various size circle punches!!

I create two circles with the Circle Scissor Plus at 6" and used the Sticky Strip and stapled the rubber band at each end!!
