I hope you all had a fantastic weekend!! The Pimentel family had a fun weekend, it all started with Friday at the movies with my son, Saturday was a Date night with hubby and Sunday was pool day. My son LOVES to swim and so we went to my BIL house so my son could enjoy the day at the pool and I could enjoy my new reading book Fifty Shades of Gray. Have any of you read these books?? If not a must read!!
Today's card is all about heat embossing and using the blender pens to color an image. I love to heat emboss on my cards. Do you have a favorite technique you use on your cards?? If so share with us:)
Thank you for visiting today and have a fantastic week my friends!
My Challenge entry Cas-ual Fridays
I used Gumball Green and Summer Starfruit Stampin' Markers and then used the blender pens to spread the colors. The sentiment is from Field Flowers Stamp Set.
I stamped the background with Parlor Prints & VersaMark and heat embossed it with SU White Emboss powder. I added some retired 1/4" grosgrain ribbon and some rhinestones by the sentiment. I also sponged the edge of the Whisper White Window Framelits Die cut
