A Christmas Tree Card for Friday Mashup

Hello crafty friends,
Happy Friday, do you all know what today is? It's time for another project for Friday Mashup.  The challenge is to use the sketch below or why not mash it up and use the sketch with a Thankful Theme.  I decided to used the sketch to be able to use the Cheer All Year Stamp Set for that fabulous tree.

Thanks for visiting and I can't wait to see what you all create for this challenge.  You can enter your project HERE which will run for 2 weeks.

The base is Basic Black 4-1/4 X 5-1/2
Very Vanilla is 4-1/8 X 5-3/8
Holiday Fancy Foil Vellum is 4-1/8 in which I cut in a diagonal angel then added the satin ribbon

I embossed the Very Vanilla with the Softly Falling Textured Impressions folder and as for the tree I colored the pearls with a red sharpie and adhered them to the tree.  I just love the dimension the pearls give the tree as ornaments.

For this card I used a few layers of card stock and distressed the edges.  I then stamped
the spiders on the Happy Haunting DSP to go with the spider web to make it a little more scary.

The sentiment in the center is from the Howl-O-Ween Treat Stamp Set which was
stamped on the 2" circle punch and adhered to the Starburst die cut.

A Halloween Treat Pouch

Hello crafty friends,
Today is my day to create a project for Decorate to Celebrate.  I created a treat pouch using the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Die in which I altered to make it much smaller than the actual size. You can watch the Video here on how to make a small version of the treat bag.

I hope you will join the challenge and enter you project over at Decorate to CelebrateThank you for stopping by today and have a fantastic day!

I used the Happy Haunting Designer Paper for the pouch along with the Black & Gold Glimmer paper.  I also added a 1/4 of those fabulous Spider Web Doilies for more detail.

The pouch measures  3 X 5-3/4 and it can hold four of these small Hershey's candy bars. I layered some banners to insert under the Starburst die cut and the 1-3/4 circle.

Brewing Up Something Sweet for Halloween

Hello crafty friends,
One last call to order the Sweet Haunting Class by Mail !  Send me an email at nlpimentel@aol.com with your order.

Take a look at today's card using the Sweet Haunting stamp set. This is just another project idea using the stamp set from my class. This is a cute and fun card right?? I hope you liked it, Have a fabulous day!

This card was totally inspired by Downstairs Designs, I did change my card a little bit.  I also wanted to showcase the New Hearth and Home Thinlits Dies  with the New Sweet Haunting Stamp Set from the Holiday Catalog.

I stamped and colored the bottles with some Copics and fuzzy cut them to adhere before adding my popped up window. I just LOVE this window die which by the way you can get with a coordinating photopolymer stamp called Happy Scenes.  The background was embossed using the Brick Wall Textured Impressions Folder.
