I used a retired Stampin' Up! stamp for the cute chick and 

colored it with some Copic Markers.

I used some Stampin' Up! washi tape t o create the 

stripes across the white layer.

The card measurements are: the base 4-1/4 X 5-1/2, middle layer

4-1/8 X 5-3/8 and finally white top layer is 3-7/8 X 5-1/8 

I love the Banner punch another FREE product and one of my all time Favs the Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die. The marker I used is retired but you can certainly use any color you would like:)
