Welcome to the Rockin New Years 2 day Hop!!! Hosted by the talented Jennifer over at Simply Chic Design. I decided to make a New Years Frame to put a picture of the New Years celebration. I choose this gorgeous Designer Paper{Love Letters} from Stampin' Up to combine it with the gold frame I painted and bought at Michael's for $1.00. Wow!! great way to spruce up your $1.00 frame wouldn't you say? I hope you all like it as much a I do. The colors go great with my home decor too Woot Woot!!! 8 X 8 frame from Michael's
Paint the front and back with DecoArt {Dazzling Metallics Champagne Gold}
Let dry for about an hour. Then cut the Designer Paper Love letter to
7-3/8 X 7-3/8and Mod Podge the Designer paper on the back and stick to the
frame, use your brayer to avoid air pockets. I then used Sparkle Mod Podge to cover
the Designer paper and the frame. L the frame dry for about 30 minutes before
applying embellishments.
The silver Rosette was a strip measuring 1-1/2" X 12" then scored every 1/4"
