"Blow out the Candles One by One"

Hello My Crafty Friends, 
I hope you are all having a great week so far! Today's card is a birthday card which I will enter into the Mojo203 Challenge.  I used a "NEW" punch called Lace Ribbon Border #122362 which is just beautiful and with many possibilities!!  I used a bone folder to soften the fibers on the punched lace paper to make it pliable so I could weave it as a ribbon border at the bottom of the card:) Thank you for visiting and until next time , Enjoy!
