I hope everyone is having a fabulous long Labor Day weekend!! I've been dying to try and make some stamped onesis for my nephew, who should be arriving by the end of September (Aiden). We are very excited as is my 5 year old son. All I did was use a foam stamp of a car and brushed some Scribbles 3D paint on the stamp. Let the paint dry 24 hours or more depending on the amount of paint used. I wanted the onesis to be very simple, you may add more color to your desired stamp or embellish with some bling for a girl ect. I hope you enjoy this short tutorial. Enjoy.**Bling and Hugs**
Materials used: cardboard, scribbles paint, foam brush, onesis & car stamp or any desired stamp |
Put the cardboard inside the onesis so that the paint doesn't bleed through the 2nd layer of the onesis |
Cardboard inside the onesis like so |
Put the desired paint color on the stamp and |
spread desired paint color on stamp like so |
Stamping the image on the onesis |
Stamped red car image on onesis |
I used the black scribbles to add 3D tires to the red stamped car |
This is the final result :) You may add more color or embellishments |
I made a blue one too. So simple and cute :) |
I love this! I am going to do this with the kids for a school project. Thanks for sharing!!! I am excited about this project now :-)
