"Bug Hello"

Hello Friends,
I hope you are off to a fantastic week!! My son likes to make his own cards using the Cricut on Saturdays. I thought I would take advantage and cut some images for myself for some future cards.  Here is the first one that I made using the adorable bookworm using some Stampin' Up! products! Thank you for visiting and enjoy this adorable card!!
Hugs,
Norma
Isn't she ADORABLE? I used Calypso Coral for the
base and her bow.  I used Stampin' Up! chalks for her
cheeks and PKS for her face. I cut her at 4" and printed
using the Gypsy.
I used the DSP Berry Blossoms #122350 and the eyelet
border punch along with the pleated Pear Pizzazz Satin
Ribbon. The bright green is a retired textured card stock.
The sentiment is from Elementary Elegance Stamp
Set from SAB which you can get for FREE with
a $50 order.  I heat embossed the Hello with
Wild Wasabi emboss powder.
A side view of this adorable card. You can see
more of a close up of that ribbon which I love
and I need to use more!

Have A Mice Day!!

Hello Friends,
Mr. Pimentel{my son} has a card that he made but didn't get a chance to post it on Saturday, he was to busy playing outside and visiting his little cousin!! He wanted me to tell you he is sorry:)  He created the holes on the cheese with a variety of size punches from Stampin' Up! He chose the mouse on the Create a Critter cartridge! Well, maybe I had something to do with pushing the cartridge on him!! Hee Hee!  Thank you for visiting and commenting on my son's project. I hope you will stop by Tuesday for my project:)
Hugs,
Mr. Pimentel
The base is Whisper White and (Crushed Curry retired).  He
also wanted to use googlie eyes. He also stamped the
sentiment from MPS in Crushed Curry.
He wanted to make his card vertical where as I made
mine horizontal LOL!!He used the circle punches: 3/4", 1",
1/2" and a smaller one from the tiny shape punches to
create the cheese look on the Crushed Curry layer.
Mr. Pimentel LOVES to put Stampin' Dimensionals
and he used them on the mouse and the Crushed
Curry layer{cheese}

Hoppy Birthday!!!

Hello Happy Crafters,
Wow! can you believe it's almost FRIDAY?  Time sure is flying by:)  Today I have a Birthday card for a challenge over at My Pink Stamper  http://www.mypinkstamper.com/  which anything goes.  This was my 1st trifold card and it was fairly easy to create.  I saw a U-tube video from Dawn that showed how to create one.  I will post it as soon as I find the blog info.  I used Glossy Accents and buttons in the inside with some twine.  I hope you enjoy the card!  Have a great day everyone.
Hugs,
Norma
