Today, I have an Easter card using the "Ears to You" single stamp from Stampin' Up! which today is the last day to get it you can check out HERE.  Thank you for popping by and have a wonderful day!!!

Aren't these bunnies cute?? This has been one of my favorite single stamps and I think I will be keeping it even after it retires.  I used the Oval Accent Die in Gumball Green and embossed the Pretty in Pink with the Fancy FanTextured Impressions Folder.

I love these two colors together and I also LOVE the two different dies used for the layers. I added some pearls on top to kind fill some of the space and added a tiny flower to the sentiment.

Blossom Party Favor

Hello Friends,
Welcome to another challenge over at Decorate to Celebrate.  The challenge for this week is to create any theme party decorations for a party!! I hope you will join us and enter your challenge HERE and take the time to check out all the amazing projects from the Design Team!!

OK, so for my project today I used one of my FAVORITE punches the Blossom Punch which also matches the stamp set Mixed Bunch!  This treat bag can be used for a wedding anniversary ,wedding, baby shower or bridal shower party.

I punched four flowers and spritzed them with water and scrunched them together, I then opended the flowers to stack together and added a retired SU brad to the center but any brad will do and so then you will have to scrunch the flowers again a bit and when it dries it will form to the way you scrunched it.

The bag is the Fancy Favor Bigz Die. The modern label punch was used for the tag along with the Oval Accent Bigz Clear Die for the lid.  I then used Velcro to be able to open and close the lid.

Make a Cake...

Hello Friends,
Happy Monday! Did you all have a great weekend?? I had a great weekend with my boys. We took my son to see "Brave" it was a really cute movie.  My son had no interest in watching the movie at first, he said it was a girl movie LOL!! I insisted and told him he would really like it and so he finally caved in and said ,"Yes"  He REALLY enjoyed the movie hee hee....

Designer Fabric Makeup Bags and a Card

Happy Friday my friends,
I'm so excited for the weekend we have a couple of birthday parties to attend and maybe catch a movie!!  I hope you all have some fun plans for the weekend!!

Today, I have a couple of projects using Stampin' Up! Designer Fabric and a card for my sister.  I'm most excited about sharing my FIRST SEWING projects , these adorable makeup bags!!!

I've been really inspired to learn to sew more from my new bloggie friend Daryl over at Patchouli-Moon Studio her sewing skills are AMAZING!! The Stampin' Up! Designer Fabrics come in  18 X 27 (fat quarters) and you get 3 different designs for ONLY $9.95

OK, so let's get to the projects:) The red bag will go to one of my sister's along with the card below!! She loves RED so, I hope she likes it:) The black one is for me and I will definitely be making some more.. Thank you for stopping by today!!!

I used the Forever Young Stamp Set and embossed the tiny frame and stamped the image in Cherry Cobbler.  The sentiment is a retired stamp set but you can certainly substitute it for one of your own. The sister sentiment is from our current Family Reunion stamp set.  The Oval Accent Clear Die was used to cut the lovely top shape in Whisper White.

The red bag can fit your brushes or any makeup items you would like to put inside.  The black one is a little smaller and higher in height.  I added the retired Stampin' Up! Charms on the zipper for a little glam!!

In the inside of the bags I added some 4 gauge clear vinyl that I got at Joann's and attached another piece of fabric for the inside. I also added my made by stamp in the inside which can be hard to see on these photos.  Love how they turned out.  I have to make more for my other sister and nieces!!

Warmest Wishes...

Hello Friends,
WOW! I had such a great weekend!! The best part was going to a fair close by my house and getting on the Ferris Wheel and a mini version of the Freefall which is a ride that takes you about 3 stories high and without notice drops you very quick, I mean very quick and fast! 
OMG! it was so much fun and I was surprised that my son wanted to do it:) All the time I was thinking what did I get myself into LOL!!  Any way that was some of my weekend:)  I hope you all had a great one too!!
On today's card I used some of the "NEW" Stampin' Up! goodies I got last week! I also decided to enter this card into one of my favorite challenges Dynamic Duos.

Notice the "NEW" embossing on the Regal Rose card stock?? 

It is the "NEW" emboss folder called Fancy Fan in which 

I used the reverse side for a more subtle emboss.

I just love the sentiments and the font on this stamp set.  Isn't it pretty?? I also had to use this brand spankin "NEW" die the Oval Accent Bigz Clear Die.  Lately, I've been loving the simplicity of simple and quick cards!!!
