A Step Card for Mother's Day

Hello friends,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I had a fun and creative weekend spending it with our Woo Hoo Stampers group in Santa Clarita.

Today's Step card is one we created using all Stampin' Up! products from the Occasions Catalog for Mother's Day.  I hope you like it and get inspired to start on those Mother's Day cards.

The fence is simply from the Bouquet Die which is available in the Occasions Catalog.  The grass was also created using the Fringe Scissors.  Cute fence right??  :)

To create this card you will need a 8-1/2 X 5-1/2 piece of card stock.  You will begin on the 5-1/2" side then measure to 2-1/2 and start the cutting blade at 1" on the vertical ruler of your paper trimmer and cut down to 6-3/8". Then you turn the card stock to the long side to score at the following inches and to the cut lines( 1", 2", 3-1/8", 4-1/4 all the way across and then lastly score at 6-3/8). Today's card is a very simple nontraditional Halloween card that can be mass produced in minutes I promise you:)

I used our AMAZING Apothecary Framelits Dies and the Windows Frame Dies from our Holiday Catalog.  I really LOVE that Stampin' Up! has come out with these Exclusive dies which are a must for ME and YOU!!  Also notice the fun font on the sentiment I used, it's a "NEW" hostess stamp set from our Catalog which you can view HERE , this stamp set has all the occasion sentiments perfect for all the holidays it's called Wacky Wishes item#126412.
