I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! Mine was relaxing and not much of anything:)

Today, I have a very simple card using the paper piecing technique with the wonderful stamp called "Vivid Vases" .  I also used my Blendabilities for the flowers, super fast and easy!  I will be posting my Monday video later on today, in the mean time you can catch up on my videos over my YouTube Channel.  Enjoy and thank you for stopping by today!

I used the Moonlight Paper Stack for the paper piecing of the vases

Today, I wanted to share a Video on how to watercolor images using the Stampin' Up! Aqua Painter pens along with our Watercolor Paper. I hope you enjoy the  video on the water coloring technique. When watercoloring you have to make sure you use a alcohol solvent ink to prevent the ink from running/bleeding.  The watercoloring technique is super fun and easy for anyone to create a simple pretty card.

Today's card is one that we all made at our Make and Take class at Stampin' Up! Leadership using the Water Coloring Technique. I will have a video tomorrow so please make sure to head over to my You Tube Channel to subscribe HERE.

Did you notice that the coloring is not perfect? Well that is the beauty of Water Coloring, it doesn't have to be perfect. Lets begin by adding some water to your aqua painter pen, then stamp your image on some water coloring paper with StazOn ink to prevent any bleeding. Begin water coloring with your choice of water base inks. I will have a video tomorrow on this technique so please make sure to head over to my You Tube Channel to subscribe HERE. The stamp used for this project was "Vivid Vase"  

The base measures 4-1/4" X 5-1/2" in Whisper white and then topped with the Kaleidoscope Designer Series Paper featured on pg.27 in the Occasion Catalog HERE. I also used the Scalloped Border Punch on the Bermuda Bay card stock for that cute border.
