  • Hello friends, Today is a SUPER special day, it's my son's 10th BIRTHDAY! This year he decided to invite about 9 of his close friends and go bowling, laser tag and of course eat his favorite PIZZA, cake and soda only because it's his Birthday. OMG! how fast has he grown, I can remember the day he was born as if it was yesterday:)

I would like to share some photos which will make the post a little picture heavy, I hope you don't mind. I had to make him a card with a dog due to our little Ash-ley that he/we got a few months ago. Enjoy and have a fantastic Friday.  I got my box of goodies yesterday and I can't wait to share!!

This adorable image was a Freebie from All Dressed Up and those paw prints are from a EK Success old stamp.  I heat embossed them with some clear embossing powder. Love that sentiment "Cute just got cuter"

I wanted to make his card fun but yet simple and layers and the
starburst framelits was the way to go. Happy Birthday is from the "Something to Say" stamp set from Stamping' Up!

He was only
4lbs 8 oz when he was born, I think he was a few weeks on this photo.

He was a premature baby and the best  birthday present I ever got, you see he was born a day before my birthday! OMG, what I would give to grab those tiny hands/fingers again:)

Look at those cheeks!!

and Now take a look at my handsome boy all grown up, oh how I LOVE him!! He is the joy of my life.  He is the reason I work so hard at being in 20 different places at the same time and run around like a mad woman just so, I can be involved in every minute of his life, I don't want to miss a single thing. I want him to grow up to be a smart, kind and generous human being.  I Love you my cutie pie!!

Hello my crafty friends,
I hope you are all off to a great week.  Today, I have a cute, fun and simple card using the "Eggstra Spectacular Stamp Set" from Stampin' Up! I also thought it would be fun to join the Mojo Monday Challenge since it's been a while and I liked the sketch.

Thank you for stopping by today! Have a fabulous day.

OMG! cute image ewe?  I used a couple of Stampin' Up!
framelits dies and that cute flower punch which comes in a pack.
It was gloomy outside so the banners look green here but they
are actually in Pool Party.

I also used the FREE Sale-A-Bration Sweet Sorbet Designer Paper which you can get for FREE with your $50 Stampin' Up! order through my On-Line Store

    Hello friends,
Happy Birthday to my little brother who turns 25 today! My son made him some Loom bracelets and wanted me to wrap them for him but I decided to make him a box instead and a card:)

The card will showcase the "Making a Point Stamp Set" and the "Starburst Framelits Dies" which was perfect for this masculine card.

    Challenges:

The designer paper I used is retired but I thought it was
appropriate to use with the Chevron Punch. The box is the Matchbox die (retired) in Pacific Point.

My son loves his uncle and made him a few Loom bracelets. I thought a simple Matchbox would fit all those bracelets.  My son thinks Tony (my brother) is the BEST UNCLE!! My brother is such a kind and thoughtful person who will go out of his way to help anyone:)  He makes it a point to stay connected with his nephews and nieces and will even play Minecraft or attend his soccer games and he will drive 45 minutes to watch him play.  We LOVE him and wish him the BEST Birthday today!

I must say that I wasn't to excited about the Starburst Dies but after using them and layering with the circles, I must say that I'm super glad I bought them and you will love them too.

    Hello Friends,
Happy Tuesday and here is another card inspired by a sketch, Mojo Monday. Why not start on some Christmas cards right??

ALERT: Sign up to be a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator for ONLY $25 TODAY, I'm super excited for those of you that have been wanting to sign up!! You can sign up Today HERE and if you have any questions please contact me at nlpimentel@aol.com you can read more details on this blog post.

I used the "Circle Colletion Framelits Dies" for the layers of the circles. Believe it or not this was a challenge for me since I rarely make cards with only sentiments on the front.

I embossed the Very Vanilla circle with a Stampin' Up! retired embossing folder. The sentiment is from a retired set called "Contempo Christmas" I love this stamp set and can't seem to part with it:)
